We are looking a people person who acts as central point of contact and supports instructors, students, and lecturers, handles administrative, logistical, and communicational tasks related our courses.
Responsibilities:
Supporting in-house and mobile courses and conferences in all aspects related to logistics, catering, materials, certificates etc.
Providing travel related support to external speakers related to
in-house and mobile courses and conferences.Assisting Chief Financial Officer in everyday business.
Providing staff members administrative support.
Replacing temporarily the Senior Administrative Specialist.
Qualification:
Higher education in the relevant field.
Practical experience in event management or other related domain.
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in administration.
Fluent in English and Estonian.
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in intense work settings.
A team player.
Position requires NATO SECRET Security Clearance or willingness to apply for it.
The contract is concluded with the Foundation CR14.
